Uneven Horizon – Terms & Conditions for Report Purchase

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Uneven Horizon and its authorised representatives.

  • “You”, “Your” refers to the purchaser of any Uneven Horizon report.

  • “Report” means any climate, tourism, housing, or related data analysis document supplied by Uneven Horizon, whether in full or summary form.

2. Purpose of Reports

Our reports are designed to provide informational insights based on available data and projections at the time of creation. They are not guarantees of future conditions, outcomes, or performance.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

While we take reasonable care in sourcing and analysing data:

  • We do not warrant or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any report for your specific circumstances.

  • Projections, forecasts, or modelling are subject to change due to new data, external events, and environmental factors outside our control.

  • You are responsible for verifying the information before making business, financial, or operational decisions.

4. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of relying on our reports.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All reports are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Reports are for your internal use only and may not be reproduced, published, sold, or shared with third parties without our written permission.

  • Any breach of these terms may result in legal action.

6. Bespoke Reports

Where a bespoke report is commissioned:

  • The agreed scope, price, and delivery timeline will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

  • Bespoke reports are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If additional requirements arise after commissioning, these will be quoted and charged separately.

7. General Reports (Off-the-Shelf)

  • Payment is required in full before delivery.

  • Due to the digital nature of our reports, all sales are final — no refunds will be issued once the report has been delivered.

8. Delivery

  • Reports are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery times stated are estimates and may vary due to workload, data availability, or technical issues.

9. Payment Terms

  • Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

  • Late payment for bespoke work may result in suspension of delivery and/or interest charged at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Agreement

By purchasing or commissioning any Uneven Horizon report, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
