Tier 1 vs. Tier 2 Reports

  • Tier 1 – Bespoke Climate Reports
These are fully customised to your project. We work with your exact location, context, and objectives to produce a tailored report with deep analysis, optional data packs, and follow-up support. Ideal for planning applications, large investments, or high-stakes decisions where detail and accuracy matter most.

  • Tier 2 – Standard Climate Reports
These draw on our existing datasets and frameworks to provide a reliable, off-the-shelf report. They give clear insights into local climate patterns, risks, and opportunities without the cost or time of a bespoke study. Perfect for early-stage planning, general awareness, or when budget and speed are priorities.

  • Which Tier Is Right for You?

    • Choose Tier 1 – Deep Scan if you need precision and detail: exact-location analysis, in-depth climate risks, and tailored insights for critical decisions.

    • Choose Tier 2 – Overview if you need speed and simplicity: a reliable snapshot of local climate conditions that’s clear, quick, and cost-effective.
